Winter Convocation Moved to Friday, Dec. 15 at Lloyd Noble Center

A College of Arts and Sciences Convocation is too big to contain a celebration. We heard you and are moving the 2017 College of Arts and Sciences Winter Convocation to Friday, December 15, 2017, at Lloyd Noble Center. Please encourage as many family, friends, and community members to join you in your momentous celebration. We’re excited to grow our facility and provide opportunity for all family, friends, and community members to attend.

Due to new venue, we have a few details to share. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • Convocation invitations orders. If you placed invitation orders at Graduation Gear-Up last week, we were able to intercept all orders to ensure the invitations contained the details regarding ceremony change.
  • We have moved the ceremony to begin at 7 pm, Friday, December 15, 2017 in Lloyd Noble Center.
  • NO GUEST TICKETING.
  • To ensure you’re receiving graduation information, please make sure to complete a graduation application as soon as possible. Applications available on one.ou.edu.  A new Winter Convocation flier will be updated and uploaded to the College of Arts and Sciences website.
  • Graduating candidates are to arrive at 6pm to Lloyd Noble Center dressed in regalia. If you have yet to purchase your graduation regalia, you may still purchase regalia at the OU Bookstore located on the west side underneath the OU Stadium.
  • For accessibility accommodations, please email plopez@ou.edu.
