The Department of Classics and Letters has four academic advisors to help students select courses, plan their schedules, and prepare for life after graduation.
Peggy Chambers advises primarily Letters majors. She has twice won the Provost's Award for Outstanding Advising.

Cheryl Walker-Esbaugh advises both Classics and Letters majors. She won the Dean's Outstanding Advising Award in 2007, and she serves as the department's representative to the College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Council on Academic Advising. She also works closely with students interested in a career in education.
