Highlights:


Each year the University College hosts the Majors/Minors Fair during the spring semester.  Each year the fair has a theme, for 2012 the theme was iDream.  Awards are given to departments during the fair for several categories.  This year the Department of Communication's display designed by Jessica A. Bogard, one of our department's PhD candidates and our Assistant Academic Counselor, was awarded Best Interpretation of Theme.  The Department of Communication will hold on to the trophy until next year when it will be presented to that year's winner.




Research Forum: Dr. Meirick will present his work, titled “Political Misperceptions: Motivation and Misinformation,”  on Friday, February 17 from 3-4PM in Burton Hall Room 202.

The Communication Graduate Student Association (CGSA) invites graduate and undergraduate submissions for its annual conference to be held March 2-3, 2012 on the Norman Campus. The Sooner Communication Conference is an OU CGSA organized event joining faculty and students from schools throughout the region and the nation.
